Run the whole event from one dashboard

Publishing, ticketing, payouts, door scanning, and the numbers afterwards. You pay 5% of each paid ticket and nothing on the months you are not selling.

From an idea to a scanned ticket

  1. 01

    Create the event

Title, description, banner, venue, date, and capacity. It goes live on the discover page as soon as you publish.

  2. 02

    Add your ticket tiers

One tier or several. Set a price and a quantity for each, or leave the price at zero for a free RSVP.

  3. 03

    Connect Stripe

A one-time onboarding flow that verifies your details. After that, ticket money settles into your own bank account.

  4. 04

    Scan people in

Open the scanner app on the day, sign in, and point a camera at each QR code. Used codes are rejected automatically.

  5. 05

    Read the numbers

After the event, check revenue by day, sales per tier, and what share of your ticket holders actually showed up.

Everything between publishing and the door

See how hosting works

Tiered tickets

Early bird, general, VIP, free RSVPs. Each tier gets its own price, quantity, and sales window.

Payouts to your own account

Connect Stripe once. Ticket money settles into your bank account, not into a balance you have to withdraw.

Door scanning

A separate scanner app checks QR codes against the guest list and rejects duplicates on the spot.

Scanner accounts

Give door staff their own logins. They can scan tickets without seeing your revenue or editing the event.

Sales analytics

Revenue by day, sales per ticket tier, capacity used, and how many of your guests actually turned up.

Automatic ticket delivery

Buyers get their QR code by email the moment payment clears. Nothing for you to send manually.

FAQ

Before you start

What do I need before I start?

An email address to register with, and bank details for Stripe when you are ready to take payments. You can build and preview an event before connecting Stripe.

How long does Stripe onboarding take?

Usually a few minutes. Stripe asks for your identity and bank details directly, so eventza never stores them.

Can I sell tickets before Stripe is verified?

Paid tickets need a verified Stripe account, since the money has to have somewhere to land. Free tickets work straight away.

What does the scanner app run on?

Any phone with a camera and a browser. Your door staff sign in with scanner accounts you create, separate from your own login.

Can I cancel or delete an event?

Yes, from the event dashboard. Refunds for any tickets already sold are handled through your Stripe account.

Your first event takes about ten minutes

Registering is free, and you can build the whole thing before you decide to publish it.
