Everything between publishing and the door

See how hosting works

Tiered tickets

Early bird, general, VIP, free RSVPs. Each tier gets its own price, quantity, and sales window.

Payouts to your own account

Connect Stripe once. Ticket money settles into your bank account, not into a balance you have to withdraw.

Door scanning

A separate scanner app checks QR codes against the guest list and rejects duplicates on the spot.

Scanner accounts

Give door staff their own logins. They can scan tickets without seeing your revenue or editing the event.

Sales analytics

Revenue by day, sales per ticket tier, capacity used, and how many of your guests actually turned up.

Automatic ticket delivery

Buyers get their QR code by email the moment payment clears. Nothing for you to send manually.

Pricing

One number, no monthly bill

eventza takes 5% of each paid ticket, charged at checkout. There is no subscription, no listing fee, and nothing to pay on a month where you sell nothing.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

When do I get paid?

Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. eventza never holds your balance, so there is nothing to request or withdraw.

Do I need the scanner app?

Only if you want to check people in at the door. It runs in a phone browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store.

Can I run a free event?

Yes. Set a ticket price of zero and guests still get a QR code by email. Free tickets carry no platform fee.

What happens if someone forwards their ticket?

Each QR code can only be scanned once. The second attempt is rejected and the scanner shows that the code has already been used.

Can I edit an event after it is published?

Yes. Details, tickets, and capacity stay editable from the dashboard while the event is live.

Can other people help me on the door?

Create a scanner account for each staff member. They can scan tickets but cannot see revenue or change the event.
